Trading Card Boxes and Cases

The trading card market is volatile and prone to rapid fluctuations in price. Because of this, all trading card sales are final. In some cases, we may accept returns as long as the request is made in advance of shipping a package. For any returns to be considered, the item must be in its original condition with the factory seal intact.

Unhappy with your purchase? While we doubt you will be, please contact us right away! We are always eager to help. If you think you are due a return because of an error on our part, we may grant it, but it will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Memorabilia Sales and Returns

Our autographed items are very valuable. To ensure the value and integrity of these items, all memorabilia sales are final. Note that all autographed items are certified with COA, SCC or other recognized sports and autograph authentication entities. With Card Addicts, your autographed purchases are legit.

Other Items

You may buy clothing, novelties and other items on the Card Addicts website. These and some trading card supply returns are accepted. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt if you wish to apply for a refund. The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. 

We reserve the right to subject any items categorized as clothing or novelties to the same return policies as trading cards or memorabilia.

Damaged Packages

Was your package damaged in transit? If you received a damaged package, notify Card Addicts immediately. Even though it wasn’t our fault, we’ll make it right. We can have the damaged shipment returned to us at no cost to you. We will immediately issue a new package, as long as it is available in our warehouse. If you suspect damage to your package, do not open the carton and inspect the contents. When you open your package, you void all right to return it, even if it is damaged.

Damaged Cards or Manufacturer Error

In the rare event that cards inside an unopened carton are damaged, it is a manufacturer error. Card Addicts will put you in contact with the appropriate party to learn what your options are. Manufacturer replacement may be obtained, but it usually only lasts one full year after product release. In many cases, though, the manufacturer will make an attempt to provide a fair resolution.

Card Addicts is not responsible for manufacturer errors, including promotion errors. All manufacturer error issues should be reported to the manufacturer directly.

We want you to get your purchases as quickly as possible! All items are shipped within 1-2 days of the order being processed. The exact shipping time for your product will vary based on the shipping method you selected at checkout. Whichever carrier you use will provide you with tracking info so you know when to expect your purchase to land on your doorstep!

Due to fluctuating market conditions all sales are final. If you have any issues or concerns with your order we will always work with you to rectify the situation. Please contact our customer service department and they will be happy to assist you!
